Clean the hose that may be jammed or the ink dries on the hose / hose is pinched.Remove the hose attached to the cartridge hole.Select and Remove the cartridge that is on the menu Printing Preferences> Main> Ink Levels are exclamation / cross.cartridge will automatically move to a place where you can pull out the cartridge.
Follow the prompts to replace Cartridges> OK> Next.
